Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ini77 will close all secondary Accounts, forfeit any balances associated with them, and may permanently ban all associated accounts from future use.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ini77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from within your Account dashboard. You must notify ini77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. ini77 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials, subject to applicable law.
ini77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's Licence (SIM). Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent bank statement or utility bill. ini77 may also request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.
Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. ini77 is not responsible for delays in processing withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to submit required documentation promptly.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method on file for the Account. ini77 targets the following processing times, measured from the point at which a withdrawal request is approved (following any applicable KYC or security checks):
ini77 does not guarantee these processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers, banking system outages, or circumstances outside ini77's reasonable control. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7) may be queued for processing on the next available banking day.
All balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the ini77 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied within the platform. Players depositing from foreign-currency accounts will bear any conversion costs charged by their own financial institution.

Bonus Funds remaining at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.
